"What can I say that hasn't already been said? Between 2012 and 2017, Jack helped me purchase not one but four properties in the greater Seattle area. The first of these purchases was a short sale, and Jack was extremely patient with both me and the sellers (and lien holders!) as a first-time home buyer. Prior to that transaction he had specifically advised me against making offers on properties that he felt were not appropriate for my situation at the time, despite the potential for losing out on significant commissions in the process. I found online several realtors I picked best 3 , called them and spoke with them. Surely my pick was Jack Malek , he was very easy to talk with , he explained the process of selling home very clearly. Jack's excellence was solid and consistent all trough out process.
Since to me selling my home was huge deal and I had million questions , Jack did not hesitate to answer all my questions and he was always available.
